lift chairs, and more. Our knowledgeable staff can help you find the right equipment to meet your needs and budget,
but here is a list of our customers frequently asked questions at Mobility City of Boise, ID.

About/Showroom:

Monday – Friday 9 am to 5 pm, Saturday 10 am – 2 pm

Absolutely! We have trained technicians and a certified ATP on staff to answer any questions you may have.

Yes! We offer delivery services throughout the Treasure Valley.

 

Purchasing & Payment:

Yes, we love our veterans and we do offer a military and veteran discount.

 

We work with a third party company who has several options available to help with financing if needed.

 

We do run discounts and specials on various mobility equipment. You can find our specials instore, online, or in our newspaper advertisements.

 

We currently do not directly accept health insurance. We can provide you with any information you may need to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

We have a wide variety of options to work with almost any budget.

We do not normally buy used mobility equipment.

 

We do not accept returns on equipment or merchandise. All sales are final.

Rentals:

We rent all type of mobility equipment including, but not limited to, electric scooters, wheelchairs, power chairs, lift chairs, hospital beds, and patient lifts.

We can rent equipment anywhere from 1 day to several months.

 

Yes! We offer delivery services throughout the Treasure Valley.

Our standard delivery fee is $25 each for delivery and pick up. This could change dependent on the location of the delivery and pick up.

Yes – we can absolutely deliver and pick up rentals to all local hotels within the Treasure Valley.

We do not offer insurance for rentals at this time.

If you fall in love with your rental and decide you want to purchase, we can apply a portion of your rental charge to the purchase price of the unit.

Yes – we can provide mobility equipment rentals to Boise International Airport.

To arrange a rental at the airport, just call us at the store and we can complete the rental over the phone and deliver your equipment to the airport.

We will work with you to find the best location to meet you with your rental equipment.

Repairs

Yes. We offer mobile service and can come to you to assess and repair your equipment.

We cover the entire Treasure Valley for mobile repairs.

Yes. We can service all makes and models of electric scooters.

No. You can drop off your mobility equipment any time during store hours.

 

Technicians:

Our technicians work directly for Mobility City of Idaho. Every employee passes thorough background checks before beginning employment.

 

Yes – we are fully insured against any damage that might be caused from our technicians while in your home.

 

In-Home Delivery:

We offer delivery services throughout the entire Treasure Valley area.

 

We can oftentimes deliver your equipment within one business day, but will always work with you to best fit your schedule.

Our mobile service covers the entire Treasure Valley area.

Products & Equipment:

Yes, we do carry a variety of bath safety equipment.

 

Yes, we can take payment over the phone for products and services.

 

We repair most brands no matter where they were purchased.

Yes. Our mobile technician service covers the entire Treasure Valley area.

Yes – we carry replacement batteries. We can bring the batteries to you or you can bring your old battery pack into the store. We will also recycle your old batteries at no charge to you.

We can special order any replacement lithium batteries you may need.

We sell chargers in several different sizes to best fit your needs.

We do not normally purchase used mobility equipment.

Yes! We have a great selection of mobility equipment for you to test in our showroom. Come on in and take a test drive on our “race track”!

Yes, we honor all manufacturer’s warranties. Different manufacturers have different rules with their warranty submissions, but we can help you with that.

We service all bariatric mobility equipment and have a variety of bariatric equipment for sale in the store.

Sanitization:

We can sanitize a wide variety of mobility equipment. Give us a call to discuss your equipment for more details.

Our sanitization process will not ruin, rust, or fade your equipment. We use hot steam in the sanitization process and wipe down your equipment when complete.

We do not use any chemicals when sanitizing. We use hot steam at 212 degrees which kills 99.9% of bacteria.

Regular sanitization is important to the health of you and your equipment. Sanitization intervals should be based on the consumer and usage of the equipment.

We can come to you for sanitizations anywhere in the Treasure Valley!
